Apartment 53 Citygate with Free Parking

Great location, friendly staff. Easy to get into centre walking. Lift and stairs (so good for a large suitcase if required). Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely, comfy, secure apartment. Bright and modern. 15-min walk into town centre. Helpful host, easily contactable. Great communication. One elderly family member has mobility issues so we really liked the fact there were no steps to access the apartment.

Only small niggles really. The following additions would have been helpful: cooker instructions, chopping board, bread knife, oven gloves. Note: the parking space is very tight with not much of a turning circle, so beware if you have a big car.

Great location - parking good, very clean great WiFi, Smart TV, great kitchen and dining area,

Showers got warm, not hot enough for us, No where to hang your clothes in the second bedroom, beds not very comfortable,

The very close access into the centre of York. Parked the car when we arrived and didn't use it again till we left.

Was told that we should park in C. could not find a C in the carpark so parked in one of the bays with that had a wall bard showing the name of the company we ordered through.
