The location was brilliant, and the staff were quick to reply to questions or concerns

We were just unlucky on our timing and some other holiday tenants next door with another company were loud until past midnight about 5 days a week. We tried talking to them, management tried talking to them. The closer they got to getting kicked out, the less they seemed to care.

New and bright , almost spotless. Good appliances, beds were comfortable, very clean bedding and towels .👍Property well places for the supermarket and buses. Although by a work site and busy roads, no noise when windows closed .Really nice accommodation with good heating , (when required) very comfortable.

Access instructions into the garage 🙀Basic ‘niceties’ missing -welcome pack - tea/coffee / sweeteners/ milk/ biscuits (wine , only at owner’s discretion).. I did query this and was promised a £20 refund which I have not received yet? No iron !( but there was an iron board)No dustpan/brush or dry floor duster.. had anything been broken /spilt we would not have anything to clear up with.. being by a work site created dust. No leaflets on the use of appliances e.g hob /washing machine) we left some leaflets from the information centre which could be helpful to your next guests.. Better Fire Drill / evacuation needed.and a basic first aid kit ( medical access numbers would be something too)
