The property itself was fine, albeit somewhat noisy at night due to the busy road on which it was situated.

1. You should be aware that the online management company (which is based in Italy I believe) is unprofessional and rude. Messages aren’t answered promptly and the staff are very matter of fact. Everything is pushed onto the guest to do; for example, playing hunt the key is clearly a game they enjoy. Rather than providing exact instructions to where the key is they send a YouTube link to a large number of videos of properties and you have to find the one you are renting, even though the name was not apparent. Online check-in before any details are sent also requires the timely input of a lot of data and uploading passport details, including a photo. This is not a relaxing start to a holiday. 2. You should also be aware that there is a €600 security deposit required (it does say this buried in the property policies but it isn’t immediately obvious). I would not normally rent a property that doesn’t trust its guests but I had no choice in this case as I had selected the no cancellation option. This took 4 days to return post check-out and I would not return because of this policy. 3. The swimming pool was closed for the duration of our stay and we were not informed of this.

We loved our stay here back in July. The large balcony had to be the highlight with the swing chair. The property had everything we needed, from towels to laundry capsules and dishwasher tablets. The kitchen was a really good size. The property was very clean and is situated in a great location close to plenty of restaurants and supermarkets. We would definitely stay here again! Spotless, can’t fault the accomodation :)

The property was exactly as pictured and advertised. Everything was in good condition and working well. The location was super for my family, quiet and close to transportation. Having a plancha on the balcony was great. The pool facilities were very welcome.

The deposit was a bit of surprise at the last minute, but the company refunded it properly. There were a few things missing in the kitchen, not enough tea towels, no hot pads or mits for the stove. It would be nice to have some standard spices, salt, pepper, sugar, etc. Only 2 or 3 tablets for the dishwasher and washing machine for a week with 8 people was not enough, we ended up buying our own dishwasher tabs and left them there.

-Location is really good. Close to the beaches, close to Mercadona - When we asked for blankets, this was quickly resolved by the host. Blankets provided. - the apartment is really nice and comfortable; perfect for families; - nice cafes just immediately outside the front door of the apartment; - 7 min walk to the very center- Las Americas

- toilets were not clean. We had to buy the WC cleaning liquids and clean them ourselves before use - the conditioner on the third floor is blowing warm air despite being set to the coolest available temperature… Looks like it s out of function

Location, near the beach, about 10 minutes walking. The street a bit busy and you can hear the traffic.

1-Though I paid for cleaning the Apartment, it wasn't cleaned thoroughly, I found dead mosquitoes on floor, and bed sheets and pillows were not washed, I found hair on pillows, and I shared the pics with the agent and booking.com. 2-The master bedroom wifi is very poor, the tv reception interrupts frequently. 3-Master bedroom had an old, uncomfortable mattress, and even worst: BED BUGS! the agent provided me with a mattress cover sheet, but I did not use the mattress for more than 1 night. 4-Lower bathroom is only solar heated, so most of the times unusable. 5-You may get some discount if you pay in full, but it's not worth it, always opt to have a choice to cancel within a day or two. The landlord never bothered to respond to the agent or booking.com since I paid the full amount in advance, non refundable.

It would have been nice to get in a little earlier, but Manuel communicated with us and kept us up to date, whilst we had a coffee in a cafe nearby.
