✅️ You can feel Italian spirit leaving in this area. Old Town, churches ⛪️ ✅️ Close to the Funicular to the Old Town ✅️ Close to the Bus Station to the Airport (Lane 1). ✅️ Nice apartment, enough space, all necessary equipments are there ✅️ quick communication with the host.

❗️no special view from the windows (just neibourhood's building) ❗️check out time is 10.00. Just for my opinion it should be at least 11.00. ❗️you hear the sound of the church 🔔 (especially in the morning it can wake you up)

Good location, near funiculaire (by festivalis ~10-15 min). We’ve stayed 5, space enough, all equiped well. Bathroom renewed.

Sofa is not comfortable for sleep. Loud from street. No parking, but could be parked near (by feet some 5 min), cost per hour 2 euros. So, we’ve payed 22 euros for one night stay.

The place is spacious, with towels, soap and the other basic necessities, with a relatively well equipped kitchen, close to Citta Alta and at just 2 minutes walking from the Citta degli Studi bus stop for the bus 1 to and from the airport. The option for leaving your luggage at the coffee shop close by until check-in time came in really handy. There are two main gates that need to be opened with calling a number at check-in and check-out - first-time experience for me but it worked. In the apartment you get the keys - for the apartment and for the gates. There's an explanatory video one receives before check-in that helps with the process.

I got a list of things I shouldn't do at the facility. That I understand. But it gets annoying when you're constantly reminded of the rules. And yet, for the two nights I stayed at the apartment one of the "sickly old" neighbors watched TV on max volume until midnight. The windows overlook the street and it gets loud when a vehicle passes by due the echo on the narrow streets. I would suggest to the owner to have a thorough cleaning of the place - the dust is something I can get rid of but the stains on the sofa from previous guests are displeasing. Also, I suggest changing the chairs - plastic chairs are so uncomfortable to sit on (I doubt a heavier person can sit on one without breaking it) - and to get rid if the fluffy carpet in the bedroom as it just collects dust and dirt.

The iron gate in front didnt just open so it was hard to get in in the beginning to get the keys.
