Everything was great! The room had everything you might need, it was clean and brand new, always in the right temperature and there was also hot water at all times, which is something I rarely see. Communication was easy, just bare in mind that you need to be able to call with your cellphone (not whatsapp) to open the door. Also the WiFi was great.The only thing you have to know is that there is no elevator, so you have to get to the second floor with stairs (we were fine with this) and you need to have some cash to leave for the city tax (2€ per person per night).

Very friendly owner. I had a small problem during my staying in the apartment, and the owner helped in 15 minutes.

The location of the apartment is excellent, the hostess gave all the information that was needed. We recommend it to everyone. And also, the apartment has everything you need.

Everything was great

Very pretty neighborhood, the apartment is very close to the old town of Bergamo, bus stop where the bus to and from the airport goes, nice restaurants, bars and cafés. Price included very nice breakfast - croissant (many different flavours), coffee or tea and juice or water - which we had at the small nearby cafe. We were served by a lovely Maria, who made us feel like home every morning.

At night when the cars were driving by it was loud.
