Hotel 2 Queen Beds Hotel Room 131 Wi-Fi

Great location relative to Stillwater, OK. Located on the main road with easy access to campus, restaurants, and more.

Room assignment changed from 131 to 220 day of check in, room *technically* had all amenities listed but quality was notoriously sub-par. One bed's sheets had burn holes, pulling back the covers revealed crumbs/debris in the bedding. There was a singular towel provided with bleach stains, shower looked as if it was maintained by a fraternity. The building from the outside looks like its due for demolition any week now. Walking past other rooms with holes in doors made me question if I was even in the right city. I feel like I was mislead by the listing and wished I took a better note of the price and set my expectations accordingly. Should have just spent the ~$174/night for the Holiday Inn across the street.

The bed was very comfortable.

The bed was comfortable but the sheets had plastic burn marks from something melting in the dryer.

Rude staff, inadequate signage alerting people that this is not a hotel despite the listing. There is no front desk. The lady who works for the owner was nice enough but expected me to know the layout of the property and would not answer the doorbell this morning at 8am. Bring your own soap, hair dryer to the property, it’s not offered in the room and you have to hope that the staff have it on hand. Toilet was not functional. At all. The bathroom vent was broken and was loud like a cursed rooster. They offer cable TV but there was no remote in the room. The stain on the shower curtain was either rust or blood. See pic. Tub was disgusting. One pic shows the Jay’s Air BnB sign but no sign indicating what to do upon arrival. Previous positive reviews seem to be from another listing or from a different universe. I don’t see how the 5stars are possible for this location and this particular room.

Room was clean. But wasn't as advertised. It was very small. I understand that they were remodeling, but it could have been better. All I know is it wasn't a good part of town. I didn't feel safe. Therefore didn't sleep very well.
