The place was very well kept and the location was excellent had a very nice time

The accommodations were inviting.

Check out for previous resident was 11am, my check in was 2pm. I arrived at 6pm, walked into my door opened, with dirty sheets and trash in the unit. Spoke to in person staff, after 30 minutes, were able to provide me a new room. New room had dirty ceiling fan, had dirty walls; even with fans on, room was overwhelmingly warm. Used shared bathroom, door lock got jammed and got locked in. Reached out in regard to experience, staff never followed back up.

The location was good

No bathroom hot messy room not ready on arrival.

Price and location

Worn down. Not clean. No lights. Good grief, why does everything have to be in the dark. Turn on some electrical lights!

Value for money. Bako was very helpful in assisting me in my baggage and in checking in and checking out processes.

Common washroom. And it has 3 codes that occupant must remember - 1st door, 2nd door and room code.
