Stylish, Tranquil & Comfy ~ Queen Beds ~ Pkg

The property was so nice, being from the area I wasn’t sure just how nice it would be but it exceeded my expectations. The title describes exactly what the property is; stylist, tranquil, and comfy.

Everything was good, I just wish there was a baking sheet and additionally the fire alarm went off for no reason and I had to cut it off. Otherwise, the property is perfect.

The location, manger check ins, and having everything we needed.

The other guest upstairs, the property has wooden floors and the guess upstairs walked around ALOT!!!! Not only did they walk around a lot that walked HARD. Only let down.

Everything was as promised. Jay is a great host who responded immediately when I initially had trouble accessing the outside lockbox. After that, it was smooth sailing.

The only glitch I encountered was at the beginning with the lockbox but Jay was a call away. Problem was easily resolved

The whole package was a treat a must do it again and thank you.

It was clean and quite, found almost everything needed in the house. Definitely going back

No fan on the stove. The smoke detector kept making noise when we were only making omelets and French fries.

I did not have lights in one of the bedrooms in the hallway and the keys were very complicated to open them

Unsure about safety in the neighborhood, but felt very secure in the home

Although I arrived much later than I had intended, it was easy to access the property. I cannot express how happy it made me to be able to stay in a private home in a neighborhood that is undergoing positive change. Being able to help these property owners (and the neighborhood) realize their community goals meant a lot to me. The house was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, and the owners kept in contact with me through the whole process to make sure everything went well. I would definitely stay here again, and I recommend it to all who want more from travel than just a place to sleep.

I wish I had a couple more days to take in both this neighborhood and others in Detroit.

Apartment was very well equipped. I like the decoration and the style. The owner, Jay, was super super responsive when I noticed a few of the electrical outlets in one of the bedroom were not working.

The neighborhood isn’t great for the price. Like many in the area it will probably be going thru a transformation soon. We could hear people hollering outside late at night .
