"I really enjoyed it outside of the issue with the thermostat."

The apartment was very nice, clean and well decorated . It gave the feel of home away from home. I am impressed at how the host included everything that is needed and things that people tend to forget like Q-tips, shower gel etc. it was very nice.

The thermostat was set and programmed at a certain temperature which made it cold indoors. I am from the south and I am not accustomed to cold. Especially when it’s 40 degrees and lower outdoors. I was cold at night which didn’t make for a good night’s sleep.

"Loved Our Stay"

This place is a gem!! If you're looking to stay in the Detroit/Grosse Point area I highly recommend Jay's first floor 2 bedroom apartment. The location was perfect, with restaurants, stores, and shops close by. It looks exactly like the pictures and it's furnished with quality furnishings. The kitchen was fully equipped with high quality appliances, cookware, dinnerware, and gadgets. I was able to cook an entire Thanksgiving dinner efficiently, as if I was at my own home. The attention Jay gave to the little details made our stay better than expected. There was ice in the freezer, sugar, cooking spray and other items available in the kitchen. Communication was great, Jay was quick to respond and very helpful. When coming back to Detroit, we will definitely book again.
