There was so much room for comforr. The place was really clean on arrival. The hosts were so welcoming and checked in to see if everything was ok!

Nothing comes to mind for improvement. Everything was great!

The communication was great from the host and the location was fantastic. Great little high street and an M&S food hall opposite. Spacious bedrooms

Only one toilet and one shower for 7 of us (sleeps up to 10) I obviously didn't read the description. We were there for a graduation so trying to get all of us showered and ready before this was pretty difficult. The sofa in the lounge was actually beanbags on the floor. (It looks like a sofa on the picture. My parents are 85 and I have a bad hip and knee and also in my late 50's we couldn't get up off these. Admittedly there was one double chair with legs that was of normal height.

It was spacious, the colour scheme was alright

The cleanliness, the smell, the wifi only worked in one room, the marks, the mould, the sofa, things were broken, smashed windows, holes in the wall, the kitchen wasn’t fully stocked with generally needs. Honestly over all I am devastated. The lights outside did not work, the stairs was very dangerous, not enough toilets or shower, kitchen needed washing before use. They did not even put the beds together properly, my sister ended up sleeping on the floor on the mattress to feel safe. The window latch on the top floor was broken and covered in mould so we heard the club all night.

The broken fridge/freezer The sofa was a bean bag sofa Blood and hair on my mattress The top bedroom window wouldn't shut all the way, which caused us to hear the loud club opposite at night! The rooms were very dusty. The stairs to access the property were unkept and had cigarette ends!

location was excellent, lovely cosy home from home equipped with everything needed.

Amazing location. There’s a lot going on in Westbourne. Plenty of places to eat and drink. There is an MandS and Tesco Express nearby. The beach is a 20 minute walk

A lovely big apartment to house enough people. It was clean and tidy and have very comfy beds!

I was expecting more to the living room the sofa is more like bean bags than a sofa but is still relaxing!
