The property was very spacious, very clean and comfortable

Not enough toilets and showers for the size of the property. When I booked it I hadn’t realised there were steps leading up to the property. It was very difficult for my Dad to climb the steps as he has breathing difficulties. Maybe a good idea to stipulate that there are steps.

The property is very spacious inside. High ceiling lounge which gives it the airiness feel. The rooms are clean and tidy, loads of space for luggage and clothes rail are very handy.

The toilet and shower was a bit let down. Would need a revamp. The outside stairs are steep, extra care would be needed if you have an elderly with you.

The property was nice and clean ,had everything you need very spacious perfect for what we needed

Placed in alternative “lovely” property. It was unsafe and unclean. Blood and hair on bed sheets (inside bed). Nail sticking up from floor and trodden on by 7 year old. Lights in bathrooms switch self off after 10 seconds (not motion sensitive). Garden had dirty clothes, cigarette bits and beer bottle lids all over the place. Kitchen needing cleaning before we could use it. Trees prevented car from being able to go on the “drive”. Microwave broken. Floors needed hoovering on our arrival. Showers randomly go from freezing to boiling (too unsafe for children to use). Host rude and unhelpful. Had advised property was £175 per night but still charged over £1100 for 3 nights.

Location was excellent

There were issues with parking but given the location this was understandable
