Property was located close to where we needed to be and was in a quiet area

Settees were extremely uncomfortable and one was broken. Mattress was lumpy. Stairs were extremely steep which needs to be noted in description as lots of people would have issue with them. Having to strip the bedding and leave it on the ground floor was a bit much when the stairs are so steep you need to hold the rail. There was a damp issue in the kitchen and in the top floor bedroom which needs seen to quickly

Just a short bus away from the city centre, the apartment was clean and had amazing amenities. Anything we'd need in the kitchen was there, even provided hairdryer ect. Easy check in and reliable responses

Upstairs TV was very glitchy but may have been signal problems

The cleanliness of the property was amazing The sizable rooms The facilities at the property including washing machine, fridge-freezer, microwave and everything neded for a family stay the rooms had double-bedds with TVs in both rooms which was great.

No dishwasher over 2 floors meant the kids footsteps coming to the bathroom was enough to wake adults up sleeping on the first floor The area seems too busy. feared for the safety of the car parked on the streets. property owner kept sending needless remindrs about checkout times. it felt like harrassment. I get that they must have had bad experiences in the past but shouldnt warrant texting and emailing every so often about checkout times.

I like the location and the design.
