The idea of the tiny house is good, but we had a lot of problems. Could be a good relaxing place to hangout.

First, on arrival we did not know that the road in would be unpaved and very bumpy, it would have been nice to be warned. Next, when we arrived at the house the air conditioning would not work. I attempted to ask the number that had been messaging me if there was a way of fixing it and they treated me as if I was dumb and did not know how to work it. I would have understood starting from the beginning with explanation if I had not clearly explained what I already tried and that it was not working. I was told they would send someone soon to fix it. About an hour and a half later the air conditioning was still not functioning and nobody had arrived. I texted the number again and they said they would send someone. During this time the temp did not go down from 85 degrees. Someone came in attempt to repair the air (who was very nice!) but was unable to fix it. I called the number I had been texting to let them know what was happening and ask if we could have a different house. They attempted go give us another house that was smaller without any refund. I questioned this so they gave us a house of the same size. In the new house the stairs are partially broken the air conditioner will not go below 74 (which is better than what we had a first), one of the windows is broken and the toaster is broken. I appreciated the attempt to accommodate us for the uncontrollable malfunction of the air conditioning. But it was not handled well.

Amazing home near Grand Canyon. Great value!

Perfect located but the night’s with the stars was the best

The bed in master it’s hard can have a really good sleep other than that everything was awesome
