Świetna lokalizacja oraz wyposażenie obiektu

Lokalizacja obiektu jest idealna jeśli ktoś nie lubi tłumów i bardzo turystycznych miejsc. Bardzo blisko jest plaża w miłej zatoczce, port pełny restauracji (La Escollera to must visit!), a w zasięgu kilkunastominutowego spaceru piękną promenadą stare miasto w Esteponie. Sam obiekt jest w porządku, zarządca jest bardzo responsywny i szybko reaguje. Pomimo innych komentarzy nie miałam problemu z odbiorem kluczy i wejściem do środka.

Pomimo świetnego zarządcy widać, że właściciel nie przykłada właściwej uwagi do dbania o obiekt: pościel wymaga wymiany, a odpływy mogłyby działać lepiej. Dodatkowo w mieszaniu były tylko jedne klucze, dzięki którym można było otworzyć bramę do kompleksu, tym samym drugi komplet był zupełnie zbędny. Szkoda, bo przy odrobinie starań, mogło by to być naprawdę idealne miejsce.

Sijainti oli loistava ja sänky hyvä nukkua. Kaikissa huoneissa oli ilmalämpöpumppu, joskaan itse emme niitä juuri tarvinneet. Lentokenttäkuljetus oli loistava, hyvä auto ja kuski. Reitti 3. talolta portista kadulle oli kiva ja matka kauppaan lyhyt.

Sisäänpääsy oli hieman vaikeaa. Seinissä nuhjuisuutta ja lattiat likaiset, mikä ehkä voi kertoa vaan paikallisuudesta eli kenkien jalassa pitämisestä sisällä. Sukat likaantuivat. Astiasto niukka, viinilaseja vain kolmelle ja muutamat astioista rikki, heitimme pois risan kupin ja lasin. Parvekkeelle paistaa aurinko vain muutaman tunnin iltapäivästä. Pakastelokero oli paksussa jäässä eikä mennyt kiinni, hommia sen kanssa heti saavuttuamme.

The floor was unclean and we had to wash the floor down. The soft furnishings needed freshening up

location was good, excellent restaurants around the area. Some more info on pools would have been appreciated

Dear Sirs, I am writing regarding our recent stay at your apartment in Estepona. Unfortunately, several issues significantly impacted our experience, and I feel a partial refund would be appropriate. Renovations/Noise: On arrival, we were surprised to find building renovations underway. This was not advised at the time of booking. The rubble, dust, and early-morning construction noise each day made it difficult to enjoy our stay. Cleanliness: The balcony was quite dirty and appeared not to have been cleaned between stays, which limited our use of the outdoor space. Basic Provisions: No toilet rolls were provided on arrival. While we do not expect large supplies, at least a starter roll is a basic requirement for guests. Safety Concern: The bathroom light switch was loose and posed a potential hazard, which caused concern throughout our stay. Given these issues — particularly the lack of disclosure about ongoing renovations and the safety concern — we believe a partial refund would fairly reflect the disruption and inconvenience caused. Apartment bright and well furnished. Beds and pillows comfortable. Cutlery had everything you would need crockery good as was glasses. Nice touch of a pack of washing up liquid and scourer, also a teacloth. Washing machine very clean. Detergent drawer was spotless. Excellent view from balcony. A short walk to marina.

No information pack in the apartment. I didnt like the fact had to use phone to access details of entry. I like a paper copy.
