Location was very handy. Parking was also handy. The property was also well presented and the host was very friendly and proactive in making sure I was comfortable with the check in process.

Signage in parking area made me a little nervous as it essentially says you will get fined if not a resident, just a little bit of info acknowledging this and reassuring it isn't an issue may help future guests.

It was close enough to the center of the city to walk, but also just outside the super busy part making it easy to travel & access
