Finnieston 1-Bed - Walk to Hydro & Bars - Sleeps 2

Unfortunately nothing :( The location was central, but didn't seem as nice an area as described. The host was brilliant with details and instructions to locate the key but sadly that was about it for the positives.

Im still on holiday so dont want to waste anymore time than we already did. This appartment was quite dirty, with dust and mold in every corner. The shower had mold and a rusted shower cady and you can barely move inside the tiny space. The entire house smelt of mold and caused allergies for both my partner and I (respiratory issues as well as swelling of his face, never seen his eyes so bloodshot!) We bothe suffrred respiratory difficulties within 10- 20 minutes of sitting in the lounge. Put it this way, we were desperate enough to spend over 600 pounds just to get out of there at 1:30am!!! The bedroom... the owner needs to seriously replace ALL of the linen in this appartment!!!!! The bedding appeared to have been eaten by moths or some kind of critter as it had holes in it. There were also what appeared to be blood stains on the sheets. There were only 2 pillows availible on a double bed, each of which were no thicker than 8-10cms. We could not stay here, we had to leave as we were wildy uncomfortable and began to feel unwell. Also, upon entry, there was a loose plank at the bottom of the stairs (from the fence) with rusted nails facing upwards. Also, also, the freezer is unusable, cracked/broken drawers and the seals are broken so freezer ices up and doesnt shut properly. I would not recommend any one stay here, or not for longer than a few hours. Seeing as we didn't stay over night, we would like to request a refund. If not in full, a partial refund as we are severely out of pocket. We have photos as evidence.

The location was good with it being walking distance to the SECC and town. Easy to find and park.

The apartment itself needs a bit of tlc. The cupboard doors need rehanging in the kitchen and bedroom, they are misaglined and need shutting carefully and in the right order to close fully. The freezer draws were broken as they were frozen shut. The cooker hob was slow to heat up. The water pressure was very low but the electric shower worked well.

Host was fantastic, facilities and cleanliness both A*, would highly recommend, short walk into the town centre had an amazing stay.

Location was great. Flat was excellent.

Host was v friendly, and sent clear instructions prior to arrival. Everything was as described in the instructions with a thoughtful touches like milk and biscuits.

Half of the blind in living room was missing so didn’t feel wholly safe and comfortable knowing people could see in that room. Pillows were uncomfortable so struggled to sleep unfortunately.
