No cupboards to put anything in the bedroom , one very small hanging rail in bedroom and fell apart all the time , nothing to warm things food up in microwave and no trays etc to use inside oven .....they said up to 2 hrs to fill hot tub , more like 6 hrs with a hose pipe that the water wasn't fast to fill up , we didn't even use hot tub, we booked that house to especially to use hot tube after been walking all day ...the path to hot tube was disgusting, you needed old shoes to get to it , should have a proper path ....I never leave reviews, this unfortunately had to , a part refund I think needs it .... especially we drove all the way from Wales to stay here ..what a same ...ps games room and the chairs to that gives your body a good pounding with the sensors setting is amazing .....

Beds , space , TVs in different rooms ... Big fridge chairs for a massage... ..

Honestly, everything was amazing!! The hot tub was lovely. The beds were comfy, and all the games available kept us all so entertained! The place was clean, very accessible friendly. Would definitely come again. Host is lovely, when hot tub temp wasn't working the first night she got it fixed the morning of, which was so amazing!!

The taps in the place were either extremely hot or extremely cold. Very hard to find a middle ground. The sofa bed, only had enough bedding for one of them, not both unfortunately. You do also have too fill up the hot tub so definetly recommend either 2 nights or more for a stay to really get your money worth !!!

No WiFi available for the whole weekend and no response when contacted to resolve this No oven dishes for cooking Insufficient glasses, cutlery for 8 people Shower pressure weak and when more than one person using shower water will be cold for one person Whilst eating outside a rat was seen running around garden , gazebo in garden torn & dirty

Spacious and comfortable. Clean. Accessible facilities.

No dishwasher. Tho plenty of space Less noisy water thing under sink. Openable bedroom window in 3rd bedroom rather than locked decommissioned door. Wasn't keen on the outdoor rave at the brewery at end of street. Didn't like locked garages all around and the rubbish stored behind fences. Dustbins were full and full of flies.

Beautiful setting, spotless inside. All amenities you would need for few days away were provided which meant we didn’t have to bring them with us as xtra luggage and all in perfect working order. The hot tub was the icing on the cake!!!!

It was very unclean, cobwebs everywhere, dirty skirting boards, door frames etc, inside windows are filthy, loose toilet seat, shower door wouldn’t shut properly, grubby sealant hanging off the bottom , no cooking dishes or oven trays at all, minimum pans that were rusty and grubby. The smell of damp and mould was over powering in the main bathroom, the hoover wouldn’t work properly so had to brush as best I could and mop with a mop that clearly hasn’t been used for a very long time. No battery in the smoke alarm in the central hallway. Desk and nest of tables in living room have loose legs and were sticky on the top so hadn’t been washed, a hole in kitchen floor. No lights where the hot tub is, which you have to fill yourself and not big enough for more than 3 adults and has no seating, overlooked by student accommodation where the outdoor seating is and no lake at all anywhere as advertised ( a dirty stream is running at the back but cannot be seen from the property or grounds unless you hang over the fence) have lots of videos and photos for evidence
