Very well equipped clean and comfortable

Netflix was being overused so couldn’t get on we just enjoyed other things tho

Lovely property, would be perfect in summer with the hot tub & outdoor seating (we didn’t use these as it was cold and wet), plenty of space for us all and comfy beds. Had everything you could need for cooking and cleaning, even had hair straighteners & hair dryer which was a bonus too :)

Few little niggles - vinyl flooring in the kitchen had some holes in it which was a slight trip hazard, one of my friends did also spot a mouse in the kitchen during the evening when we were relaxing in the living room, I didn’t personally see it however they saw it run across the kitchen floor and went into the corner of the unit where the sink / pots & pans cupboard is :(

The size of the property and the cleanliness

Could have maybe warmed up the hot tub before guests arrived

Really easy and convenient

Arrived and the garden was a complete mess, nothing like the advertised photos. The hottub was half deflated and only half full with DIRTY water!!! Was completely unusable and the ONLY reason we booked this place, we specifically searched for a hottub cottage!! The hottub wasnt used at all, quite frankly wouldn't go anywhere near it with the manky colour of the water and stale smell coming from it (No chlorine) and now being sent an invoice to repair the broken hottub!!!!! That was already half deflated with smelly, dirty water!! Was willing to let it go as the inside of the house and location made up for the unusable outside but after the owners trying to get us to pay for their already broken/dirty hottub I feel the need to pre-warn future guests. Would not recommend and would not stay again.

the owner was again and again messaging and reminding about rules even before checking in and about checking out before getting up it was really rude

Very helpful host on the end of the phone, answered questions quickly. Lovely one level properly ideal for wheelchair user also. Spacious kitchen and living area. Well equipped (kitchen). We made use of the bbq and hottub although it rained. Plenty outdoor funiture to use. We will definitely book this properly again. We wanted to extend our stay but was already booked up!

Only the muddy areas no fault of the property it was our great British summer put a damper on things.

Large with all the amenities needed plus some very nice little extras

The location around the property isn’t that nice but once you enter the gates it is lovely
