We find all the beds/bedrooms comfortable and plenty of space in each room, kitchen was well equipped and nice garden space.

One of the bathrooms door handle was loose and came off on a couple of occasions , had to keep a knife in bathroom to tighten it up throughout the stay so as not to get locked in.

Very good size and nice kitchen for everyone to use. Lots of bathrooms!!

Could do with some more fans especially in humid weather.

Good size, good decor

The house hadn’t been properly cleaned for example; -hair all over the lounge/ kitchen floor, so unlikely it was hoovered and definitely wasn’t mopped -so much limescale on the shower heads that the water was spraying in different directions and not even coming out at all from a lot of the holes -we had water coming from the ceiling light in the kitchen which when the handyman visited and looked at the shower in the room above he pulled out a disgusting amount of scum and hair etc from under the shower hence why the shower was not draining properly -lastly but most alarmingly there were BED BUGS in one of the beds. The fire alarm went off in the morning and I was messaging the contact with no real updates as to when someone was going to come and sort it out. Water then started coming through the fire sensor in the kitchen (there is water marks on the ceiling so likely not the first time!) but this caused the fire alarm to continuously alarm. The handyman came while we were out and to fix the alarming removed the sensor from the kitchen. So when we returned there was a hole in the ceiling leaving no fire detector in the kitchen, a LEGAL requirement, we had no communication from the contact about whether they were coming back with a new sensor etc -and they didn’t come back leaving the house illegally unsafe overnight. We were informed that the leaking was caused by the disgustingly poor maintenance in the showers, inexcusable! Overall I spent a lot of our weekend stay sorting out issues from moving guests to different rooms because their bed was crawling with bedbugs, to a fridge not working to water pouring through the ceiling!! Very disappointed and with no apology from the host!

Amazing property, large size and clean.

Can’t fault the property. 1 of the ceiling lights were not working in room 2 and the shower door handle was lose. But those were minor things.
