Massive New 8 bedroom House Sleeps up to 21 - Accepts Groups - Great Location - FREE Parking - Fast WiFi - Smart TVs - sleeps up to 21 people - Close to Bo

Our stay was wonderful, 17 of us and we still had 1 spare bedroom, ensuite in most rooms was a bonus with such a large group, kitchen was well equipped, plenty of shops and takeaways which was within walking distance, beach was like 10 minutes drive away, for what we paid it was a very good value for money, overall it was a very good mini break.

We stayed here as a big group on a football tour. House was perfect for what we needed. Lots of space and lots of food/drink places and shops very close by. Quick taxi trip into town or bit of a walk if you fancy it. Would look to book again if came back

Absolutely perfect for a weekend away with friends. We had a very simple stag do and everyone just appreciated having their own rooms, bathrooms and a great dining area. Close to everything and the Bournemouth beach is a very short taxi ride away so absolutely perfect for our needs.

Perfect location for Central Bournemouth, only 10 mins from everything. Great House perfectly equipped for big groups! Fantastic stay thank you so much

Beds could be a tad comfier.... quite hard mattresses. Sadly main TV in lounge didn't work

Great size and space.

Heating was on full blast, and we had no way to turn it down. Had to message host and wait for them to turn it down remotely.

House was clean on arrival and we could enter slightly early. Facilities were as described. Large rooms and plenty of beds for our group of 12. The location was a fairly busy road just outside of Bournemouth but there was ample parking for 4 cars.

Unfortunately there was not enough hot water for more than 5 people to shower in a single evening. The water did not heat up again until the following day and there were no instructions on how to boost this. The agents on WhatsApp did come back to us but not quickly enough to facilitate hot showers. In a house for 21 people there needs to be a way to ensure hot water is in plentiful supply. There were also several door handles that were broken meaning bathroom doors could not be fully shut without getting stuck inside. The downstairs bathroom also has a clear window and would benefit from a blind or netting as other houses can look directly in.
