I'm not complaining about the condition of the room just one thing about the room door was unsecured because It didn't have an internal lock or additional lock from the inside room.

1) The swimming pool is not maintained nicely and has a wet tissue inside the pool. 2) Body rinse showers cannot be used and are not maintained nicely.....very upset 3) The sauna for men and women cannot be used and it was very very upsetting not as advertised. The changing room and rest room also leaked and did not maintain nicely. 4) Residential parking can only be used at level 5 and 6 was full park. Level 7 to 9 was very dark and no single lamp was also not secure for guests. I have to park outside for my children and pay an additional charge rm 30.

Good view with nice environment, owner/staff very responsive towards chat, and the most I like is their room very clean n neat especially their bathroom

The location is strategic, the view is exceptional, the air conditioner running pretty well. Nice room layout. The facilities provided such as toiletries for bath, iron and iron board, hanger, completes the traveling equipment for an accommodation.

We found some sanitary pads in the toilet sink cabinet. Maybe need to provide dustbin in the toilet for good.

The team was efficient to create a whatsapp comms group chat for client. Helpful and prompt replies. Bedroom.beside balcony and nice view. Bathroom was spacious. Did not use bathtub. Was happy to see shower separated from bathtub. Overall the kitchen, hall, balcony, bathroom and bed area is simple, neat and cosy. Value for money. Feels safe as there was security 24hrs. Need to use access card to enter in. Aircon had a good chill. There was additional ceiling fan too. Helpful as weather was hot. Was a happy stay 😊

Good Location. Near to Jonker Walk & Portugese settlement. Host was good/easy to communicate with & always accessible. Eternity swimming pool was very nice.

Towels very thin. Best bring your own. Poolside no towels. Sofa was too low not comfortable at all. No cutleries. Door lock from inside was broken - didnt feel safe a bit cos of this. Lifts at checkout was full- had to wait long time to get down.

I love the view from the balcony and the size of the room was very nice. It suits the couple very well.

The cell light at the balcony should have changed to a new one because the light was twinkling. And the air-conditioning not really cold even though i set to 16 degrees Celsius.
