Only thing good here is the location, the balcony and view from room. Comfortable bed. Restaurants within walking distance in Melaka Raya.

The building where is apartment is situated is an hazard. Only 2 functioning lifts ( one for residents + one service lift) for 40+ storey of apartments, Average waiting time to get in a lift is 20-30 mins. and an average 10 mins-15 mins in lift since it has to stop at all the floors. In case medical emergency , You might need to run down the stairs. Only time you might be able to move smoothly is after 11pm or before anyone wakes up. Leave an hour early if you are attending events, cos you'll need half hour at the lift. Don't bother asking any special requests, like early check in, it will not be entertained. Probably the cleaner also cannot go to the room to clean, since cant get into the lift. The room is basic. Pillows were a bit too small. Bathroom maintenance is needed. Had Tv box, but its hard to control just like any other TV box available at any home stays. Minor Parking issues. Parking is only for one car. Extra cars can park within the same building. No issues, just pay to metro parking.
