River Place Condos Riverside #309 1BD

It's very dated. Dated I can do.. Dirty, I cannot.......We arrived early, manager said it was ready, and we could go ahead and enter condo. We do, and there are no lights in the living room or kitchen. TV will not turn on. I call manager and she very rudely says.." You have to flip the light switch on by the front door," I tell her I have done that several times, and they are not working. She basically calls me a liar. Management swears the maid had just left the room from cleaning and all lights worked. The housekeeping supervisor came to the room and realized that we had no lights; then 2 more men from maintenance came and also realized there were no lights. We went to the office to ask what was going to be done and the manager very rudely said " let me refund your money and you can go somewhere else; I think that's best"...REALLY? The manager did finally tell us that an electrician was coming to fix it. He did...the wires were all screwed up per him. The maid that said she had just been in condo cleaning was a lie. The condo was filthy dirty. I took my shoes off at the front door, and by the time I got to the bedroom, my feet were as black as the black top pavement. Had to wash them before putting shoes back on. There was a horrible smell in the condo. Woke up Sunday morning with large Bites all over us from ??? Bites looked like bed bug bites, but we did not actually see bugs. But something bit us during the night all over. I tried to upload pictures, but they would not go through. I 150% Do Not recommend River View Condo's in Pigeon Forge, Tn. Pay the little extra for a better place.

Loved everything! We will definitely be back and will stay at river place condos again!!

We never saw anyone that worked there over the course of our stay.
