River Place Condos Riverside #309 1BD

Location was perfect, very close to everything. There was very little noise from other units so it was very quiet and relaxing. The jacuzzi/shower combo was a nice surprise. Enjoyed and used the bedroom fireplace. The balcony was very lovely, overlooking the river, with swing and table & chairs. Kitchen well furnished for making my meals.

The cushions on the balcony swing were flat and very worn. 1/2 inch gap in linoleum from hallway to toilet room threshold (didn't affect anything, just looked unfinished)

Code for the door works great. The condo is right at the elevator so a quick trip up the elevator and you were at your room. Appreciated having use of the carts to bring items up and down. The balcony on the back of the unit overlooks the river and is so peaceful and quiet you quickly forget you are in the middle of everything. We were midway between the LeConte Center and the Old Mill restaurant, and one block off the main road where we could watch the Jeeps cruise the strip.

the kitchen could have been a little better equipped but had what we needed for our short stay.
