CHI have booked many hotels and apartments in Booking and Genius Level 3 now. It is the first time I am writing a negative review. The first day when we checked in we don't have three face towels. We found no extra toilet paper, no kitchen towel, no dishwashing liquid and materials, no extra trash bags, no shampoo and body wash. We thought it is not a hotel so we shouldn't expect too much. After we finished one toilet paper and trash bag, we asked the owner if they can provide the extra toilet paper and trash bags. The owner told us they only provide the first one. OK, it is not convenient for us but we accept this. The interesting thing happened when we checked out. We checked out as the owner informed us. Took out the trash and left the key in the safe box. Then the owner told us that they missed three face towels. We told him that the cleaning lady didn't give us from the first day. But the owner still charged us 24 EUR for three face towels from our deposit. This is a shame!!! Obviously, no one will take three used dirty towels with them. If there is one or two towels missing, it might be the case that we lost it somewhere. Three face towels are missing at the same time. Does it give you the hint that you did not give the face towels from the very beginning? I called the apartment and the assistant told me that she will report to the owner and call me back. But no one until now replied. I have sent the messages and no one replied. So I called the booking customer service and made a complaint about this case. Because I know if the booking got the complaint, there will be a punishment policy for the apartment. My advice for the people renting this apartment: 1. take photos when you check in and check everything carefully. 2. if you find something is missing or broken, send messages to the owner and leave messages as proof. 3. of course, it is better not to rent the apartment.
ESEl apartamento es muy cómodo y está en una zona muy tranquila y bonita. Se puede ir andando a unas playas muy chulas. El menaje de hogar que incluye es muy completo.
El colchón de la cama es, bajo nuestro punto de vista, demasiado duro. No se nos facilitó la contraseña de la wifi que se anunciaba en la web y tuvimos que "buscarnos la vida"... La dueña se ha quedado 50€ de los 200€ de fianza que pagamos, porque decía que habíamos roto una balda lateral del frigorífico, lo cual, no tenemos constancia.
