The environment was refreshing and the staff was always available to help with whatever we needed.

Our room light bulb wasn't working, we could only use one bed lamp so I think they could've done better when it comes to that. They should make sure the rooms/chalets are in good conditions for visitors.

Loved the state of the place, very green very beautiful.

My issue had to be with the room when it comes to lighting. For some odd reason our line kept on tripping. And therefore after the team tried for a while we were left 2 days without lighting in the room. And the communal kitchen was a big no no for me. The previous guest had left their dirtt plates there in the sink.

Staff

Toilet was dirty, it was not flashed, poor wifi connection, no one came to clean our room during our stay, no towels.

The staff are very friendly and accommodating. They had games to lend out like 30 seconds to keep us entertained during our stay because there are no tv's in the units.

The sheets had stains, and they didn't look clean. Some towels in the rooms we booked felt wet and damp. So was the mat in one of the rooms, which made the room not to have a pleasant smell.

The staff was very friendly especially Molapo and Thabang were helpful and willing to go extra mile to help
