The homestay is very clean. Full of facilities that are quite useful to stay with family. The location is also very convenient to go everywhere. Car park lot near to lift, very easy to move big luggage for family.

Ease of entry, quality of the unit, facilities (the pool was very welcoming in the huid heat). The hosts were brilliant to deal with and very accommodating. I always feel more at ease going to a hotel, being met by reception staff and being given a key to a room. This time we tried this process where it's a bit faceless and everything is done via messages and locked boxes and codes. Having done it and for what we got, I am utterly impressed. The communictaion was top quality, clear and timely. The process to get the keys and codes was very easy. I would happily recommend this place to anyone. Kuching is also a fab spot. We were there when the food festival was on which help, that place was so busy but everyine so nice and friendly.

Nothing, it was excellent

Room is spacious and clean with loads of amenities. I like that there is a washing machine and dryer which makes it incredibly easy to do laundry.

This was a lovely apartment that easily fit our family of 5 with 2 adjoined apartments into one. We have stayed all.over in Kuching and accommodation is never easy as prices have risen especially for family rooms so this was a great alternative. The swimming pool was huge and looked out over the river for a lovely view. The communication was also fantastic - we had no issues getting into the apartment or checking out. Highly recommended.

The location is a bit strange, there is not much going on and Grab takes a while to arrive. Malaysians love to build these huge buildings and then leave them empty so it had a strange empty feel at times. Also, just put some trees and sun loungers around the pool as it's in the direct sun until 5pm! Small things though as we had a great time.

Very comfortable beds. Washing and drying machines Easy check in and check out.

Bed sheets could have a more pleasant scent. Exterior floor and elevators are very bad odours.
