I like it the most, it has a washer & dryer, convenient for families with small children especially if you want to stay for more than 1 day. Parking is also provided and if you and your family or friend drive more than 1 car you can park at the visitor's parking which is watched by security personnel 24hrs. The safety for that area is great not just due to the 24hrs security but also to access the elevators, a keycard is needed. The unit also can accommodate 7 pax comfortably, suitable for our family. Also, got door in between rooms if you need privacy you can just close the door. Each room is equipped with a TV & kitchen and basic appliances such as plates, spoons, knife and etc. The location, not that far from the waterfront which is for me a central of Kuching. Not to forget the checked in process ran smoothly. The host was so cool and helpful.

Nothing that I can think of. We were so happy staying at this place.

The property was exceptionally clean and property is exactly as on the advertisement. The management is very sufficient, responsive and professional.

I expected to have a river front view from the name of the property 😉. The building is new and gym is not open yet. It is not walking distance to waterfront.
