Vicinity to the L line which was very noisy and caused sleepless nights. Would not recommend to anyone unless you can sleep in a noisy environment.

The L trains are rather noisy and the parking is expensive.
GBA beautiful apartment, in a great location. Kitchen was well equipped and host stocked the fridge with breakfast which was a lovely and unexpected bonus. Easy access to the train network.
Being close to the train meant also suffering the noise of the train through the night. We did adjust and wore ear plugs to help.
