Really, I have no complaints.
GBLocation was good for access to everything Chicago has to offer. The apartment presented well and the staff at reception were really friendly and helpful.
Despite being on 27th Floor the noise from the 'L' was apparent, this should be stated when advertising the apartment. Lighting in some parts of the apartment was poor and the rooms would benefit from some full length mirrors. Safe needs written instructions on use.

DEUSThe location was right where we wanted to be, downtown and close to the Riverwalk.
I was not "approved" when I arrived after a long day of traveling. I had to wait about 25 minutes to get into our apartment. The staff seemed to be less than friendly because we were booked rather than being a tenant, making me hesitant to interact with them. Also, it took a little time to get used to the train noise, even on the 14th floor.

ESUbicación excelente. Todo el apartamento era precioso y con muebles de muy buena calidad. Extraordinarias las vistas desde el apartamento. Cocina y utensilios perfectos. La zona del condominium de los pisos 32 y 33 extraordinarios, con gimnasio perfecto, piscina y jacuzzi, billar y ping-pong, zona de descanso y vistas espectaculares Mucha seguridad, con recepcionistas en planta baja las 24 horas. Muy amables.
La única pega, le faltan cortinas oscuras al apartamento.

Only downside was the noise of the trian. There were ear plugs provided for the noise.
