"Impeccable host, top notch property – great value for money"

This place is located very conveniently to explore the old town and the new town without being inside ZTL. Luca is a creative, gifted and kind host who did everything possible to make my stay amazing (among other things: great restaurant recommendation for dinner; could leave my bags at the property before checkin time; hassle free checkin with a friendly colleague of his; great communication; three breakfast stages including a voucher for a nearby cafe). The room is clean, well designed and offers all amenities including aircon, tv, coffee maker and a minibar with lots of free water. My bathroom was pristinely clean and had a nice big shower. The bed was comfortable – I had a relaxing sleep. The price of the room includes private parking (friendly staff) around the corner from the property. There is also a small shared kitchen with snacks and a nice coffee machine.

Die Unterkunft hat eine sehr gute Lage, um die Altstadt zu besichtigen, sowie eine ausgezeichnete Kommunikation und schnelle Reaktion vom Gastgeber/Betreiber.

Chambre spacieuse et confortable avec un très bon emplacement proche de la vieille ville. Excellente communication avec notre hôte qui nous a aidé et apporté de très bons conseils pour visiter la région et nous restaurer.

Todo nuevo Impecable, con una ubicación magistral, un estacionamiento súper cómodo muy muy cerca, y con una pizzería genial abajo pero como es muy concurrida hay que reservar. En COSENZA HAY UN PUENTE DE CALATRABA!

Sehr bemühter Gastgeber, Mehrere Zimmer in einem alten Palast; gute Tipps für den Aufenthalt bekommen, kostenfreier Parkplatz

Matratze war extrem weich; leider zog Rauch wohl über die Klimaanlage ins Bad/ Zimmer. Etwas hellhörig.
