The owner, Luca, has obviously taken great care and attention to detail in furnishing and equipping the property. We had everything we needed, including delicious cakes and coffee anytime we wanted them. The property is also within walking distance of restaurants and bars. Luca is an excellent and very helpful host. We will definitely be returning.

There's nothing we didn't like.

Almost everything: location at the border between old and new Cosenza; facilities; parking space very close from B&B; easy communication with the owner.

No help to bring your luggage to the very steep second floor

Everything was amazing - the host was so responsive and lovely, and booked us a reservation at a fantastic local restaurant. While looking for a place to stay in the south of Italy it was perfect

Extremely supportive family, ready to help and organize anything for you. The place is in the perfect position between the old and new town, allowing to walk everywhere.

The two flights of stone stairs are a good exercise when arriving tired.

Camera perfetta come da descrizione, accogliente e pulitissima, host super disponibile!

Nulla da recriminare! Tutto perfetto

- Stanza nuovissima, a livello di un hotel a quattro stelle (box doccia enorme, pantofole omaggio, minifrigo, succhi e caffè in camera). - Proprietario gentilissimo e molto disponibile su tutto. - Pulizia eccezionale. - Colazione con qualche dolce in una saletta comune (senza tavoli) + buono per il bar. - Posizione centralissima. - Parcheggio in zona a 100 m. In teoria il parcheggio è custodito di giorno (è un parcheggio ad ore all'aperto).

- Purtroppo il palazzo è antico e senza ascensore, le scale per salire al secondo piano non sono il massimo. - La qualità del bar (a mio avviso) non era altissima, ma sono sciocchezze rispetto alla qualità della camera.
