Énormément de bruit quand quelqu'un est dans la chambre du dessus, on entend absolument tout et surtout les craquement du parquet même si les personnes marchent doucement. Accueil cordial mais pas très chaleureux. Repas et petit dejeuner vraiment moyens....

LV* Beautiful view from the place * The room was quite big and comfortable * Very well maintained garden with beautiful plants * Cosy and nice common area (reception & breakfast space) * Staff was generally friendly * Location a bit away from the center – quieter and less touristy
* Sound insulation could be improved – some noise from upstairs could be heard at times * Drying clothes/towels was a bit difficult, which sometimes led to a slight damp smell (but probably it is a problem in other places too)
DEDie Zimmer sind sehr gepflegt, sauber und schön eingerichtet, man fühlt sich direkt wohl. In den Wintermonaten wird es allerdings recht kalt in den Zimmern, hier war die Heizdecke sehr hilfreich und definitiv notwendig. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr schön und angenehm ruhig, abseits des starken Tourismus in Sapa, was wir als sehr positiv empfunden haben. Insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt mit kleinen Verbesserungspunkten.
Die Kommunikation gestaltet sich etwas schwierig, da die zwei Frauen kein Englisch sprechen. Zum Frühstück gab es Pfannkuchen mit Banane. Für einen Tag ist das völlig in Ordnung, allerdings wurde an allen drei Tagen das gleiche serviert. Schön wäre hier etwas Abwechslung, zum Beispiel Rührei oder ein Omelett, was vermutlich sogar mit weniger Aufwand verbunden wäre.

Poco isolamento termico, ci si salva grazie allo scaldaletto. Il personale parla poco inglese, si comunica solo tramite traduttore.
