1. When we arrive around 240pm, the staff told us got 2 rooms hasn’t prepared. We have to wait another 30mins. (Check in time supposed to be 2pm) 2. One of the door can’t open, for more than 10 hours, our belongings are inside the room. The staff arranged us to other rooms. We can’t get our belongings until the next day
