SGThe staffs (particularly the morning/day time shift) was very helpful in ensuring we still had rooms for our stays when the hotel had electricity circuit problems in the family room. He was courteous, respectful and very helpful.
The electricity tripped multiple times during our few days stay and we had to switched rooms many times due to few times of circuit issues - electricity overload with tenants switching on aircons simultaneously and another incident of burnt circuit from thunderstorm tripped. The family room wasnt available for replacement hence we were split up into 2 different rooms. This was very inconvenient for us as a family with kids. This place had been run down and in urgent serious need to overhaul its electricity circuit.
