The apartment is amazing , good views and in a great location . Everything you need is within the apartment including hair dryer iron ironing board ect. The host was very responsive and great at communicating . The apartment itself was also very tidy .

Unfortunately , the building that this apartment is in lets it down. The reception staff are really rude and unhelpful, the pool area is dirty and not cleaned often. The pool bar was hardly ever open even though it was advertised as every day . The lift doesn’t work coming down.

Nearby is the beautiful Bobo Beach, a 7-minute walk away, with excellent breakwaters. The bus station is very close, a 5-minute walk away, with direct buses to the airport and other parts of the island. Nearby are the Mercadona supermarket, a 10-minute walk away, Siam Mall with its HyperDino supermarket, a 17-minute walk, and Siam Aquapark, a 13-minute walk away. The apartment has everything you need and an excellent interior.

Very comfortable & clean in a good location

I liked everything about the property itself, only the check-in part could be improved, as the man that checked us in was very unfriendly.

Great location , very clean and comfortable

The plumbing was a bit sketchy, the water in the shower wouldn’t drain fast enough. This might be more of an issue with the apartment block rather than just this room

The location is excellent — only a 5-minute walk to the nearest beach. The apartment was clean and comfortable. We were welcomed with a bottle of champagne (for us as a couple it was quite strong alcohol), but the gesture was very nice and appreciated. We were very happy to find everything we needed: a hairdryer, iron, ironing board, and even a vacuum cleaner. In the bathroom, there was a pleasant bonus — cosmetic and hygiene products such as shampoo, SPF creams, and body lotion (possibly left by previous guests; we also left a few items). It’s really great that small things like this make the stay more comfortable, so you don’t need to buy a whole set — you can simply add what you need and pass the kindness on. We also loved the moon-style ceiling lighting with LED illumination — such a cool and cozy detail! In the kitchen, there was a sufficient set of dishes for two people to prepare meals. My husband and I also couldn’t help but notice the sharp knives — such a rare find in rental apartments. We also really appreciated the huge number of hangers. It was the first time we could comfortably hang all our clothes, and there were even extra hangers left. It’s clear that the apartment is thoughtfully equipped and that the hosts genuinely care about their guests’ comfort.

The only thing that was missing was a drying rack on the balcony (we had to hang clothes on the chairs).

Locatie pozitionata aproape de ocean, spatiul destul de bine amenajat, desi destul de mic, cat o camera de hotel, bucatarie utilata cu ce am avut nevoie, baie curata si spatioasa.

Unul dintre aspectele negative a fost faptul că vesela era destul de murdară, la fel și clădirea, inclusiv holurile până la cameră. Deși proprietarii nu sunt direct vinovați, nu pot să nu menționez că, pe toată durata sejurului nostru, am avut parte de un zgomot infernal din partea vecinilor. Zgomotul se auzea atât ziua, cât și pe timpul nopții, de la etajele superioare, părând a fi cauzat de lucrări de renovare. Am sesizat această problemă, însă nu am putut fi ajutați, ceea ce a fost extrem de neplăcut. Nu am mai experimentat niciodată o astfel de situație în nicio altă vacanță.
