A Stylish - 1 Bedroom Flat

On entering the property we were greeted by rubbish on the stairs , entering the flat its self we noticed a few things . The surfaces were dirty , there was washing in the machine , random objects like a baby crate and duvet shoved in a corner . The bathroom was dirty also , the shower mat in the shower had brown stuff underneath it and the glass door hadn’t looked like it was cleaned in ages , location wise it’s far from anything nice , loud cars and music all night . It was not the place we expected as the photos make it look nicer than it is . We found ash in one of the draws ! It was just generally dirty and uncomfortable.

Absolutely awful would never stay here again. Not anywhere near Cardiff Central. On City Road didn't feel safe at all. There was nothing to like.

Had dirty used bedding with a fag hole in the duvet cover. Not vacuumed dusted or even mopped. Bathroom absolutely stinking. Poo left all over toilet seat and toilet. Sink and shower hadn't been cleaned. Kitchen worktops dirty. Oven and fridge. Couldn't get hold of company. Didn't feel safe at all the front door doesn't close properly. It is nothing like photos. Tiny no space. Not fit for rental and will be speaking to trading standards. Absolute scam!

We did not stay at the property

the hygiene was poor. Crumbs, dust and spiderwebs everywhere . Not like the photos. Brown greasy fingerprints on every single wall . Skid marks in the toilet. Empty soap bottles everywhere . Clutter in the corner of rooms . Unwashed bedsheets with white crust and grease on it , smelt like it had not been washed for an extended period of time. Dried spills on counters , spillages at the bottom of the fridge . Used bath mat .smelt like mould

The place needed a very good clean, all the utensils needed a wash, The cutlery tray was full of crumbs. The oven and oven tray was also covered in crumbs. One of the saucepans had not been washed after use and had some sort of sauce all around the inside. The microwave was dirty inside and sticky outside. I don’t think the floors anywhere inside had ever been washed as when I wiped them with a cloth it came up black. The shower doors were grubby and the drain smelled. The white walls throughout had black marks on them and small chunks taken out of the plaster. The mattress on the bed had yellow stains on it as did the pillows. The couch in the lounge was grubby, even the TV control was sticky. There were cigarette butts dropped inside the radiator vent and the whole place smelled of marijuana which was preferable to the smell from the drains.

We arrived and was not clean a leak on the kitchen floor. Hair in the bed

The property wasn’t fit for guests with a water leak all over the kitchen , flies and a bad smell with food in the oven and dirt all over the place including used tissue in the bedroom floor and Stained bedcover. I will be following up a full refund as I could not stay there and had to book alternative accommodation
