Being told to pay a fee for late arrival after asking the question upfront. Host should be honest about all fees and not have extra costs after booking.

The host maintained constant communication prior to our arrival, providing valuable recommendations for nearby secure and well-stocked stores. Situated on the first floor, the two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit offers a convenient lift and secure parking. The breathtaking view encompasses the entire front, showcasing the magnificent sea and Table Mountain. Additionally, Robben Island is directly visible from this vantage point. The list of positives is extensive, making it a place we would gladly choose to stay at again in the future.

The two bathrooms are compact yet adequate for showering, bathing, and, most importantly, accommodating two toilets. Served us well as a family consisting of four members.

Location is great!

Bathrooms are very small and one needs towelrails! An extra fan for the 2nd room is required and the emergency light do not work.

All the rest just so-so The wifi was very poor, hardly working in the in the living room area when you sit next to the router, without the possibility to make video calls or watch anything. TV did not work either - the manager said it could work for YouTube, but no - the connection cable was missing. Both bathrooms had problems with doors. One of them had a completely broken handle, which we noticed to the manager, but it wasn't fixed. The door from the second bathroom had been taken off🤔. There were no any hooks to hang the towels in the bathroom or next to, and no shelves.

Extremely small bathrooms..... found cockroaches...and no soap

The host is super friendly and very accommodating. The apartment is very neat and welcoming. My friends and I loved it.
