Closeness to the beach. Loved the daily walks.

We had no lights during loadshedding. We had to use our mobile phones which ran down our batteries. Having no electricity is becoming a norm in South Africa. It would be wonderful if holiday rentals could make small adjustments for these times.

I loved the beautiful views and the beauty of the apartment itself. Cecilia was an amazing host loved her energy :-)

there is nothing i would want to change

The flat was in a prime location with oustanding views down to the beach and Table Mountain. The flat itself was in tip top shape and very clean.

A washing machine would have been wonderful :-( Load shedding should not be a customer's concern - there should be some kind of backup for the basic necessities (eg. cell phone) :-( Communication with the office staff was less than stellar - very disappointing :-(

I called a few times to find out where my host was and we waited about 30 minutes. When we met her she was a ray of sunshine, very welcoming and gave us a few pointers on the City. She just needs to work on her time keeping.
