Terrace Apartment X91 RR04

We were put in another apartment with 5 hours notice

The apartment we were given was NOT the one we booked and in NO way was it fit for human habitation. We still want our money back for the dishonest way we were treated.

Location was good.

The lift was broken and we were on the top floor so there were 4 sets of stairs to climb. It was fine for the younger people but not for the older ones. The showers weren't electric so the water heater had to be put on. That's ok if u remember but not so good if u don't and there are 5 people to get showered.

Found the host very cold. When I phoned I found her unfriendly like it was a hardship talking to me. Appartment needs a total makeover. Beds cheap and uncomfortable No beside lamps all furniture was scruffy. Bathroom couldn't have a shower because it was below a unacceptable level of cleanliness. Also no shower gels even if I wanted a shower. One quarter roll of toilet paper in bathroom. Very mean host. Cups dirty in press unexceptable. No channels on TV. Phoned host she told me use UTube Overall my friends and I won't be back too expensive. Not far off what you would expect in students accommodation.

The 2 bed apartment we stayed in was perfect. Cosy balcony with 2 chairs and a small table tucked away at the end ot the building first floor. Plenty of privacy...

That I had to leave to go home...

The door only locked from the inside. The door was left completed unlocked anytime we left the apartment.
