The property is very accessible. I feel safe during my stay. The property was well maintained. No cockroaches etc unlike other smdc towers.

Maybe they can do something in smell in the drainage in the bathroom. The rest is fine for me.

I like the apartment and the kocation

It could be improved more but it was good already. It's just that I was expecting it has the moa view but, instead, the city view

For freon charge na for sure. -mahirap iopen pinto ng balcony -walang exhaust sa cr -4 pax kami pero 3 lang plates, at baso -di ok ang amoy, Sana may air freshener -malayong lakad pa Alfamart, iikot pa. -di responsive masyado yung admin sa chats specifically pag may feedback kami o concern -ung maglilinis kinabukasan, di corteous -barado na sink -ung electric fan sa cabinet sira naman -walang body wash pero may shampoo parang tira nung last na nag stay -unrefilled air freshener -mainit talaga dahil di malakas aircon
