Host & Stay - Orchard Barn

The accommodation was tastefully decorated, Comfy, cosy and exactly what was advertised

Was difficult to find as not signposted well especially in the dark

Had a great stay at Orchard Barn. Well decorated, with good facilities, fabulously comfy bed and good towels. Would definitely recommend and would stay again. For eating out, try The Farriers.

The location was perfect for where we were visiting in the area. Orchard Barn was set in a lovley part of the property and was very relaxing..

Nothing all perfect

The cottage was exactly like the photos. Clean, spacious, and well thought out. It was very peaceful and relaxing.

There was nothing we didn't like

A beautifully presented and furnished holiday let. Very comfortable and the provision of milk, eggs tea and coffee was a nice surprise on arrival, but the owners own ice cream was a real highlight, delicious! Lovely countryside location on the grounds of the owners house.

Only thing worth mentioning is that the directions for accessing the barn were not clear. Should say that you need to park on the owners driveway and walk along a path through a hedge to reach the barn. This isn't stated on the website and was difficult when arriving. Patio area felt a little bit overlooked as faced the owners garden, but everything was lovely.

We loved the private quiet feel and view onto the small orchard. The hosts were very welcoming and on arrival we were greeted by beautiful flowers and a generous welcome pack, including their own home produced ice creams. Very well thought out and lovely decor - v comfy too. Access to the family's tennis court is also an added extra, with rackets and balls supplied on request. The location is great for exploring Kent.
