Home away from home. Comfortable and cosy and perfect for bringing our dog with enclosed outdoor space. Pre arrival information was excellent. Location perfect to walk to beach or village. Really loved our stay

The location is great. We love Alnmouth - it's a thriving village with nice shops, pubs and restaurants and it's right on the coast and accessible for Northumbria's beautiful beaches. The house is extremely clean, comfortable and well equipped and just a few minutes walk from the village. The enclosed garden was ideal for our dog.

Not a big fan of plastic grass but loved everything else about the house.

Great location Just a short walk to the beach . Kitchen well stocked had everything you need . Loved the dining room . Beds comfortable . Outside space was great for sitting and relaxing in the evening. Nice enclosed space for the dog

One little thing , loads of clocks in the property but none worked . Maybe just need new batteries.

The location is excellent as is the parking space. The lounge space is excellent and comfortable.

the outside seating area is becoming untidy and weedy, general kitchen cleaning equipment and at least a kitchen roll could be provided. The kitchen hob had not been cleaned after the previous visitor.

The house was lovely, everything was high spec and felt quite new. Loved the dining room. Location was great, walking distance to shops, restaurants and coast. Surrounding countryside is lovely, not much traffic and not too busy with visitors. Lots of places of historical interest to visit and stunning beaches. We were lucky with the weather which helped

Some instructions re: central heating, dishwasher would have been helpful. We figured it out eventually. No streaming services available. Only one set of keys is not enough, especially for 4 people Communication with Host and Stay was very unsatisfactory. We didn’t get the joining instructions a week before as we were advised in writing. I had to phone up to be told that the system had changed and they were now only giving one days notice. They hadn’t bothered to contact customers who were affected by this change. The reason for the change was that some people getting into apartments a day early. Not my problem! We ended up being given two different key codes which was pretty stressful the day before you’ve got a long journey.

We enjoyed the whole experience of the stay. The house was comfortable, it had everything you could need and had a lovely, private outside space. The location was excellent for walks, with the beach and local amenities 10 minutes away.

Beautiful, light, spacious property with lovely views which felt quiet and relaxed even though it's close to a road. The sofas were very comfy too! Really well located to get to anything you want in Alnmoth, Alnwick, Warkworth etc Decor finished to a high standard and the place stayed nice and warm despite being very open plan downstairs.

Wasn't pleased that there was only 1 loo roll per bathroom when we were there for several nights. Felt like it would have been a small thing to have available given the cost, and no more offered when I asked about it. Beds were ideal if you like a firm mattress - a bit too hard for me but everyone's different!
