Its location and size.

There’s a lot of cockroaches. There seemed to be hairs on the floor from previous guests. Communication was not the greatest. Even when you try calling the phones go unanswered. It’s frustrating for people travelling from afar and not familiar with the place and how it operates. It would be great if they can support guests more and give as much information as possible before hand.

They refused to let me check in, had to book another room in the same hotel.

Such a lovely stay! It truly felt like a home away from home. The place was clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with all the kitchen appliances we needed, which made it easy to prepare our own meals. Nozipho and Zaynab were incredibly helpful, always available, and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. I also really appreciated the secure parking and controlled access to the building you need a code to enter, which made us feel safe and at ease as we had a lot of valuables in our car.

The only downside was that the shower water tended to pool, as if there might be a blockage. Other than that, everything was great and I would definitely stay again.

View, communication was best since day 1, Ambience up to par, I am definitely coming back again, admin on whatsapp very helpful, security was friendly too. I am very happy 😊

Noise factor. No lights on the 9th floor lift landing, it’s extremely dark at night. Bed linen needs an upgrade.

The apartment looks just like the pictures, the bed is so comfortable and the AC helped on days where it was too hot. The staff was just easy to get and accessing the apartment was easy. Everything was closeby including restaurants.

There was no broom or mop and it made it difficult when you spilt water. The shower drain was taking forever to drain water and there was no airfreshner in the bathroom. Besides that the unit was so beautiful and lovely
