In a sketchy neighbourhood, not safe, and mattress is broken.

I like the rooms inside that are well decorated. Moderately clean.

I don't like the dirty walkway outside. The entrance door is smelly. And dangerously, there are no lights on the walkway into the apartment at night. dark and scary. The thing is, the apartment blamed me for staining the sofa. There are scratches on the TV shelf. Broken curtain covering the window I didn't sit on the sofa at all. But the apartment will deduct the deposit.

We made our meals, however the environment from main entry downstairs to the actual apartment was disgusting, no lighting on hallway entrance, graffiti on walls, looks creepy, we stepped on muddy puddles due to no lights at night,poor wifi

Cleaning the entry to the premises,ensuring enough towels are available, fixing broken facilities and cleaning windows before booking it out. There was no washing up liquid in the property so kids couldn't get breakfast on time we had to wait to get washing up liquid brought in.
