Maui Kamaole M106 in Kihei

Pros: Location was great at the South end of Kihei and the grounds are very lush and we'll maintained. The condo was very clean, comfortable King size bed, kitchen well stocked with dishes, utensils etc. Nice decor. The condo company called soon after we checked in to see how everything was and sent a maintenance person right over to fix our safe and adjust the air conditioning. Cons: The ocean view we paid extra for we had to walk out past the patio and stand at the edge of the grass to see. The both air conditioning units (living room & bedroom) were very loud and old, it was uncomfortable to be in the same room with them on and too hot to have them off and maintenance had to come adjust the one in the bedroom to get it to cool the room. The safe wouldn't lock(maintenance quickly fixed). We stayed for 9 nights and ran out of toilet paper and tissues, when I called for more they said "they only give us a starter pack and we need to provide our own if we need more." Are you kidding me? At $200 + per night they can't provide enough TP for 2 people for our entire stay???? The sheets need to be replaced they are worn and pilled. Lastly when I read reviews on these condos many commented on how great it was to have beach towels, chairs and all the stuff you need for a day at the beach. Our condo had 4 lovely beach towels and 1 old junky cheap chair. When I called was told we could "Rent for $10/day per chair. We ended up buying for less & bringing home.

We loved that they had beach accessories in the closet for us to borrow! It was also a great location and easy to get to many other places on the island.

Loved it! Had extra things about the room and location in general that made it even better. Room stated queen bed and was a king. Two full baths even with one bedroom.

It had everything we needed. The location was very good. The only negative was that it was too far from the ocean.

The unit was amazing! It had everything and was much better than we expected - the bed was King size as we requested even though we booked a Queen size through Expedia and it was very comfortable! The unit was huge including two bathrooms for a cheaper price that all hotel units were. There was a balcony with a very nice garden view. The neighborhood was also very calm and relaxed with the magical singing of exotic birds being the only thing you hear in the morning. The only downside is that you need to walk for 10 minutes to get out of the condo neighborhood if you are not with a car, but not having a car in this area is not convenient in general anyway. The unit had a lot of useful miscellaneous stuff and tools like books, board games, beach chairs, bags, etc. I would definitely recommend staying here and would stay again for sure.

Everything was super. The condo was fully equipped and very private and quiet - a very relaxing place.

Clean ,updated ,close to beaches and restaurants ,groceries.Has everything what you need(beach umbrela,boards,towels,books,). Beautiful view off garden and ocean in the distance.good mattress !!!

Excellent place to stay! Very clean close to the ocean and shopping.

Just a couple minutes walk to beautiful beaches, a beautiful property with wonderful pools and a gorgeous view from our patio. Wonderful experience all around!

Location is great,view from our room was very good. We would recommend this place for a great vacation.
