Best staycation ever! Property is nice, condo very clean and spacious.

It had beautiful gardens and a realky nice pool. The grounds were well maintained.

I love the location. Its perfect to get to any part of the island. So close to so many beaches. The comdo was clean and felt like home. The property was beautiful ! Best Maui experience!

K110. Housekeeping company could've done a much better job at cleaning the unit before our arrival, but no big deal. A few minor issues were promptly resolved. Overall a very nice condo, exceptionally well equipped with anything we could ask for, everything worked, plenty of extras we very much appreciated during out prolonged stay. Bed was very comfortable. Unit is located right next to the heated pool (the better of the two). Knocking one star off for the bedroom shutter window with no glass which is kind of unacceptable... the bug screen is too coarse/loose, bugs kept coming through, I was collecting bites overnight every night from those little midges/gnats. We found some Deet left by I guess previous occupants, looks like they had the same problem, the condo is surrounded by extremely lush/overgrown greenery with everything but dinosaurs in it, so more protection from that would be nice. Also we had a major fire on Maui and it was hard to breathe in the unit for a couple of days since the smoke kept pouring in through that no-window. Definitely must be replaced with a glass one. The front sliding door/screen need to be serviced too, rips/holes, bugs/critters kept trying to sneak through. This is the only gripe we had with the unit. Everything else was great.

The property’s near the beaches and restaurants. Very good for families with young children. The pool is well maintained. Very good ambiance. Beach toys, umbrella and chairs were available to use. One improvement for me is that, the room was in the 80 degrees Fahrenheit when we arrived. The whole condo smells bad. Like dirty used sock. Sorry!

Everything was great until some random woman entered our condo early one morning using a lock code. When confronted, she was shocked and said she was "dropping something off for the owner". Declining to identify herself or what she was dropping off. We reported this incident to the lobby personnel, but no resolution as to who or why was offered.

Conveniece. Beach and stores are within five minutes walk

Liked the friendly service Quiet environment Didn’t like too many rules around pool. Took 2 days to resolve when someone was parked in my assigned space.

We loved our stay here and it felt like home away from home. We will definitely stay here again. The place was very large, nice and updated. It came with everything we needed like kitchen utensils and even beach stuff, which was definitely a plus. The only negative was that there was an ant problem in the kitchen, so it was impossible to have any kind of food in cabinets. We tried to store stuff in the microwave, but they found it in there as well.

Our family of 4 enjoyed the condo very much! The 2nd bedroom setup with twin beds served us well. Great location, close to great restaurants and best of all, a short walk to the beach! We were also very pleased that our unit was well equipped with the necessary beach equipment. The sunsets from our balcony were spectacular. The only suggestion is that our condo could use some updating. Other than that it was very clean and quiet. Will stay there again!
