High End 1 BR Apt, 2 Beds Desirable Chigwell CHCL F3

Interior was quite new and nice

This is a scam!! After making payment for the property, we were suddenly told that we needed to pay a £500 deposit or else they won't share the access code!! The payment was directly to them via a payment link and we basically had no choice or else we would sleep in the street. 1.5 month later, I am still waiting for a refund!!!

Super clean! And really enjoyed my stay! Will definitely visit again soon

The cleanliness and facilities were fabulous. Definitely reccommend and would stay again for the same price. Just a shame couldn't stay longer

The deposit value and having to wait for the return. Silly but a tea towel would of been great

Dated and worn Lack of cutlery and crockery and utensils and pots and pans Ironing board was broken Bedroom blind broken Extractor in bathroom broken Furniture damaged and stained Certainly not a high end property as one would expect in Chigwell.. Very dissatisfied and won’t stay again and certainly won’t recommend. Also it is now 2 weeks and my £500 deposit hasn’t been returned leaving a sour taste and a thought of scammed.

Very comfy bed, lovely & modern, & good location, Would highly recommend
