Fairly convent to tube stations

Inability to get quick response from mgt at check; did provide several items such as hangers & toilet paper for apartment as little was provided. Problem with noise from other guests in other units 4/6 at 2 am; staff did not respond to address until 7am. There were no outlets in the bathroom for hairdryers, flat irons. No chair in bedroom since you had to use those outlets to dry hair, etc.

Property was well presented, clean and very comfortable. It is in a good area and parking on site was a real bonus. The owners communicated well prior to and during my visit. The blind in the bedroom was broken on arrival and they couldn't have been more apologetic and keen to have the situation remedied as quickly as possible. Would definitely stay again.

Not really a negative but would be helpful to add a few basics to the property such as some coat hangers in the wardrobe, some additional baking trays/tins to the kitchen and a tea towel.

The property is a stunning apartment! High end quality providing a luxury stay.

Downside was the request for a £500 security deposit on the morning of the stay. This wasn’t clearly stated prior to the booking.

The properties living space was spacious for three adults. Even though there is some distance to London, the apartment is located close (5 min walk) to Grange Hill station and buses.

Unfortunately it's not suitable for three adults. The sofa bed is just springs very little padding, therefore our adult son, did not sleep well for seven days. The sofa bed maybe suitable for little children. We had some issues at the beginning of our stay, but were rectified very quickly, staff were easy to contact. As we had the bottom floor apartment, unfortunately you do hear chairs being dragged across the floor from upstairs.
