Park View House - Sleeps 6

Accommodation was clean and ample for what we needed. There were no issues with gaining access to the property on our late arrival and checking out was very simple. The location was great, approximately 20 minutes walked us into the city centre.

The location was perfect. Center of everything.

The oven tripped out. The bath taps didn't work. And it was very dusty. The bedding could be updated. And the toilet seat wonky. But other than that I would definitely stay there again. It's perfect for a weekend and would stay longer. Fantastic weekend. Thank you.

The boiler didn't work properly due to lower water level.

Walking distance into town

Nothing

Everything. Sparse, dated. Looked awfully. I'm sure it's student accommodation as locks on all doors. No effort to make it look better. Wants gutting throughout. No sign of the owners at all. Never again

Beds could be more comfortable with toppers, also bedside lights would be a bonus. The hot tap for the bath wouldn't turn on. Information about parking prior to arrival would be appreciated

Location was the only redeeming feature

Upon arriving at the accommodation it was abundantly clear that the photos on the advert were taken a long time ago. As soon as we arrived it was clear that this property had been used as a HMO previously as each bedroom had a lock on it and the bathroom facilities was located on the ground floor at the rear so we're used as a communal facility rather than your standard home. This property was not cleaned prior to us visiting and the garden was more of a building site rather than the dog friendly environment advertised. This is the worst booking I have ever made from this website.

The convenient location. The size of the property and the easy on street parking.

I would have liked a full size bath.
